A massive blood donation camp was held successfully at the Divisional Secretariat Conference Hall in Manmunai West on 16.03.2026 under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary Mrs. Sathyanandhi Namasivayam in collaboration with the Blood Bank Unit of the Batticaloa Teaching Hospital.
Divisional Secretariat officials and many others participated in this event that prioritized humanitarian service and donated blood. The highlight of this event was that everyone came together in a noble humanitarian act to save the lives of patients in need of emergency treatment.
This event, which emphasizes the importance of blood donation, was an excellent effort to further strengthen the spirit of unity, humanity, and service in the community.
