A mobile service for students without birth certificates was conducted on 28th of May 2025 at the auditorium of the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat, with the support of the Center for Justice and Change and under the guidance of Divisional Secretary N. Sathyananthi.
During this event, services were provided to students without birth certificates as well as to the general public.
