A mobile service for students without birth certificates was organized at the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat, with support from the Center for Justice and Change and under the guidance of Divisional Secretary N. Sathiyanandhi.
Notably, a ceremony to issue birth certificates to 13 students and members of the general public took place on June 12, 2025, at the Divisional Secretariat Auditorium.
