2025 Elle Sports Tournament for Women's Rural Development Societies, organized by the Eastern Provincial Department of Rural Development and the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat.
The final event of the Elle sports tournament, organized by the Rural Development Division of the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat, was held with Mrs. N. Sathiyananthi, Divisional Secretary of Manmunai West, as the Chief Guest. Mr. P. Gokularajan, Batticaloa District Rural Development Officer, attended as the Guest of Honour, while Mr. P. Jayakumar, Batticaloa District Sports Officer, served as the Chief Referee.
A total of 26 Women's Rural Development Societies participated in the tournament. In the final match, the Paruththichchenai and Nelloor Women's Rural Development Societies competed against each other. The Paruththichchenai Women's Rural Development Society emerged victorious and claimed the championship trophy.
