Certificates were awarded to youth who successfully completed a heavy vehicle training program at Hightec Lanka International, conducted with financial support from the Samurdhi Development Department. The event took place on 9th January 2026 at Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat, where the Divisional Secretary presented the certificates. The program aimed to improve youths’ technical skills and employment opportunities.
