The International Women's Day event was held on 10.03.2026 at the Divisional Secretariat Conference Hall under the leadership of Manmunai West Divisional Secretary Mrs Namasivayam Sathiyanandhi, with the noble theme "Women's Leadership is the Pride of a Prosperous Nation".
The event was organized with the aim of strengthening women's leadership and enhancing their contribution to social progress.
The event also featured speeches, discussions, and special programs to raise awareness about the importance of women's social, economic, and administrative leadership.
Many people including Social ServiceOfficers, Social Empowerment Officer, Samurthi Headquarters Officers, Cultural Officers and Divisional Secretariat Officers participated in this event and made the event special.
