Mrs. Milani Vickneswaran, who represented the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat in the “Artistic Creativity Competition for Public Officers – 2024” organized by the Batticaloa District Secretariat, was selected in the first round of the singing competition, and secured second place in the final round.
